This has led us to create an ambassador program. It is designed not only to bring in more quality coaching partners like yourself but also to provide additional support for your business.
This is no ordinary “referral” program but a representation of us seeing ourselves as partners and opening up doors to provide the outcomes you need to keep moving forward.

How The Ambassador Program Works
The Ambassador program runs for 12 months at a time. Starting each October. Bringing in at least one Referral in that time period grants you access into the Ambassador program. Below is a breakdown of the tiered incentive plan, and what comes with each level.

Brings you into the Ambassador program and comes with:

One entry to win in person strategy day at your facility

3 Referrals
Comes with:
Three entries in the raffle to win an in person strategy day at your facility
Credit with The Gym Doc ($500)
Professional copywriter services that can be used for your website, sales funnels, email
5 Referrals
Comes with:
Five entries into the raffle to win an in person strategy day at your facility
Credit with The Gym Doc (Free month of advertising)
Will aid in sourcing a VA building SOP's and coming the first three months. Can also be substituted for more professional copywriting if that is needed more than the VA. (value $500)
8 Referrals
Comes with:
Automatically earns you a two day in person strategy workshop at your facility. We will have two 5 hour days working on your business plus a dinner to celebrate.

Comes with:
Three night stay at the Hammock Beach Resort in Palm Coast, Florida. We cover airfare, room and provide $300 in spending money. We will do a One day strategy day to work on your business then make sure you have time to enjoy and relax!
Highlights Of What You Get Access To
In Person Strategy Day
Throughout the 12 months we will raffle off two in person strategy days. One every 6 months.
Every referral you bring in that signs up earns you an additional entry increasing your chances of being picked.
Our head of business development, Justin Hanover will be coming out to those that win the raffle. The strategy days will run from 9am-3pm.
The strategy day will be focused on building momentum in your business and leaving you with clear actions. We will be building on what you are working on with your Success Coach along with taking advantage of the in person time to work on other aspects.
Like team development, gym flow, etc...
Having the focused in person time allows us to move the needle forward faster.

Professional Copywriting
Copywriting is being able to sell through words. You have to be able to effectively tell the story your ideal clients want to be the hero in.
Having the right copy is the difference between crickets and opening up consistent flow of ideal clients interested in working with you.
It is also a skill that really takes time to master. That is why we wanted to help speed up the growth curve and make sure you get access to a copywriter that knows how to produce copy that sells.
Through the Ambassador program you will be bale to have landing page copy done, website, ads or emails. Where the focus needs to be we will make sure that is what gets attention.
Ambassador Round Table Discussion
This will be a group call exclusively for the Ambassador program. This will be held once a year and we will bring on different experts to cover different focuses of business. They will be sharing what is working now and all the Ambassadors will be able to ask the expert panelist questions related to their business.
Flown Out To Florida
We will fly you out to Florida to stay at the award winning Hammock Beach Resort. Airfare, room and spending money will be provided to make sure this is also a time to relax and clear your mind.
But, we will still be dedicating a day to business strategy. We will be doing a 1 day intensive on your business. What better way to have the creative flow going then to be working on your business at a beautiful beach resort?
How To Share FR With Your Network
Step 1: Plant the seed.
No one wants to be pushed into anything. So, you can simply say something like:

Step 2: Share the site link
Once you plant the seed then simply share this link with them. This will allow them to learn more about FR to also make sure we are a fit for each other.
Step 3: Welcome to the Ambassador program.
Once they go through the link you will receive credit and now be apart of the the Ambassador program. So you receive the new incentives to continue helping you on your journey and the Gym owner you referred now becomes apart of a community that has their back and is on their side.
